Denaby Main Concert
On Tuesday next the members of the Denaby Main Choral Society will give T. Mee Pattison’s famous work, “The Ancient Mariner,” with full band accompaniments, first-class principals, and a chorus of 60 voices.
It is to be hoped that the efforts of the society to provide such an excellent work will be appreciated.
During the coal war the members realised £10 by their efforts, which was devoted to the relief of the distressed, and no doubt their past consideration will not be lost sight of. The concert will be one of the best ever given at Denaby, and should draw a large house.
