Conisboro’ Football Enthusiasts

John Colefax and John Mills, pony drivers of New Conisboro’, were charged with playing football on the highway at Conisboro’ on the 16th inst. Mrs. Colefax (mother) appeared, and also represented Mrs. Mills (mother).

Fines of 3s. and 4s. costs were imposed.

William Burr, John Barton, and John Tranter, youths, hailing from the same place, were also fined for throwing a ball about to the danger of the public on the 18th inst.
