Denaby and Cadeby Main Collieries, Limited.

This company was registered on the 8th inst., with a capital of £600,000, in 6,000 ordinary shares of £10 each, and 20,000 preference shares of £10 each, to acquire and carry on the undertaking of the Denaby Main Colliery Company, to carry on the business as colliery owners, coal merchants, iron masters, manufacturers of iron, steel, gas, bricks, pipes, tiles, terra cotta, coke, salts, cinders, and other substances, as builders of steam, gas, electrical, and other engines, to carry on business as a land company, and to act as farmers, graziers, commission agents, brokers, promoters, shipowners, &c.

The subscribers are:—

J. H. G. Berne, Kt., Foreign Office — 1 share.

Unless otherwise determined by the company, the number of directors is not to be less than three, nor more than five, and the first are J. B. Pope, J. C. Cunningham, E. F. Pope, and T. S. Robertson; qualification £1,000; remuneration to be determined in general meeting.
