Conisborough and Elections.

Mester Heditor,

Ah shud be varry pleased if yo wood allow me to say a wod abart thooar Tarn. Yo taak abart pappers and sich at Parlement elections, but yo shud see the pappers flying an the Tarn bell ringing there is ower thooar Burial Buard election, an best of it, boorth candidates belong to won chapel or choch.

No, Mester Heditor, I hev heerd that wen th Buard wos fust formed it wos agreed be all intrested partis that there shud bee 3 choch an 3 chapell men on it an t umppire wos ta be elected bie ony-body.

But t queer thing is ta mi mind, is there onley one chhpell wear dissenters meete in Cunsborough, becos if there is, hoo is it that one lot of dissenters wants ta hev all t 3 dissenters seates ont Buard, wen as yo no, there is’t Salvation Arney, an’t Ranters, an’t thay dissenters, if soa hev thay not sumbudy we gumbtion eniff t’sit on’t Buard as wel as t’other of th t’other partys. If they hevn’t it’s a bad ta’ we em; and we that are hootsiders, we stand enjoying t’fun at seeing these 2 dogs from won kennell, booath trying to get ond on t’buarn.

Yors truly,
An Art-sider.
