The wedding of Miss Elizabeth Irene Nichol, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nichol, 15, Denaby Avenue, Conanby, to Mr. Herbert Sutton, second son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Sutton, 25, Warmsworth Street, Denaby Main, took place at St. Alban’s Catholic Church, Denaby.
The bride, who was given away by her father, was attired in a gown of white satin, with veil trimmed with orange blossom, and carried red tulips. She was attended by Raymond Mews as page, and Misses M. McGagh, M. Brandreth, R. Ashurst, J. Abson, and D. Marsden.
The bride’s brother, Mr. L. Nichol, was best man and Mr. F. Sutton was groomsman.
