Riotous Conduct at Conisboro’.

Edward Brown and James McCormick, miners, New Conisboro’, were summoned for fighting at Conisboro’, on the 18th June.

P.C. Wailes said when he arrived on the scene the defendants were stripped to the waist, and covered with blood.

The defendants, who did not appear, were ordered to attend next Saturday to be bound over, and pay costs, 8s. 6d.
