Bounce Ball At New Conisboro’
Robert Higginton and Leonard Hall, fillers, New Conisboro’, were summoned for playing bounce ball in the street.
P.C. Wailes stated that he was on duty in Marr Street, on the 6th inst., when he saw the defendants playing at a game called bounce ball. Witness watched them for some time, and they made pedestrians go off the footpath to get past them.
Each defendant was ordered to pay 5s. towards the costs.
