Denaby Winger’s Trial
Harry Haggar, the diminutive Denaby winger, who has been with the club for the last two seasons, during which time he has been one of their most consistent forwards, is to have a two months’ trial with Luton Town at the beginning of the forthcoming season.
In spite of his lack of inches Haggar’s nippiness and ability to get to the ball in the air make him a dangerous winger. His ball control is particularly good and he is speedy and can centre equally well with either foot. Denaby will not find his place easy to fill.
