Alleged Till Robbery at Denaby Main
A boy named Robert Davison was charged with having stolen 1s. from the till of the shop of Mr. John Bateson, butcher, Denaby Main, on the previous afternoon (Tuesday).
William Clark, the assistant, left the shop for a few minutes, and on returning heard someone at the till, and found prisoner there. Mr. Bateson came in, and they missed a shilling from the till, which was found on the boy, who was given into custody.
Prisoner was remanded till to-morrow (Saturday).
