A Christmas Menu
Suggestion from Denaby and Cadeby Dinner
Some of the guests at the Denaby and Cadeby staff dinner in Doncaster on Saturday began to feel uneasy when they inspected the menu. Here it is:
Soft-shelled Water.
Thick Sludge.
Fracture Fenwick Fish.
Brisban Sauce.
Siphon de Lappings Entraînets.
Boiled Headgear and Alger Sauce.
Reppite Pollets-Wales-Cobbles.
Roast Drum-Shaft and Barnsley Soft.
Butterley Special.
Ammonia Liquor.
Solid Cheeks.
Wagon Fat-Fenwick Poles.
Pump Valves.
One is pleased to be able to add that everyone seemed to enjoy it. It was an excellent dinner.
