Empire
During the first part of next week Denaby residents are to be treated to a fine program at the Empire, where Fay Compton and will appear in “Song at Eventide”
and that fine little star, Shirley Temple, will be seen in “Baby take a bow” which is an exciting comedy drama in which the five-year-old star makes her biggest ‘hit’.
Both these pictures are worth seeing and in order to be sure that everyone has an equal chance of seeing them special matinees are to be run on Monday and Tuesday at reduced prices.
The second half of the week brings Mary Morris in “Double Door.” This is a real thriller and keep the listeners glued to their seats with excitement.
The supporting picture is Zane Grey’s “The last round up.”
