On Part-Time Basis
Denaby Office Will Remain Open.

Mr R. G. Moorman Manager of Mexborough labour exchange, told the “South Yorkshire Times” yesterday that the views of Mexborough and District Employment Committee and the future position of the Denaby office have now been considered by the Minister of Labour and National Service.

The Minister’s original proposal was that the office should be closed, but in the light of the committee’s representations, it had now been decided that the office should remain open on a part-time basis.

The times of opening will be from 10 am to 12 pm this on Wednesdays and Fridays as before.
