Soldier – Dudhill A.E.– Severely Wounded

Mr and Mrs a Dudhill, have been notified that their eldest son, private A.E.Dudhill (West Yorks) has been severely wounded.

The reverent, J.O.Murray, chaplain says: “I regret to say he is quite seriously ill. He is however receiving good care and attention, but I trust that with God´s blessing he will improve.”

His condition has improved, and is now in hospital in Woolwich.

Private Dudhill joined in May this year and has been in France since September 10. He was previously employed at the Denaby colliery
