Disorderly Behaviour at New Conisbro
George Hawkins, miner, of new Conisborough, was summoned for having been drunk and disorderly at Conisbro on third inst.
PC Richardson said that on Sunday, the third of the present month, about 3 o’clock in the afternoon, he was on duty in Denaby Road, New Conisborough in company with Sergeant Brown, when Hawkins was seen in a drunken condition, and made use of bad language when there were many people passing.
They spoke to him about his conduct and told him he would be reported.
Police Sergeant Brown corroborated, and the defendant was fined five shillings and 11 shillings costs.
