A Lively Drunk at Conisborough

Geo. Quinn, alias Carr, glass blower, Conisborough, was charged with having been drunk and refusing to quit the Alma Inn, Conisborough.

The landlord stated that the man entered his house drunk and asked for some beer. He refused to give it to him and the man was then obstreperous, doing damage to the premises and al,o assaulting George Hy. Davidson, who was a customer in the house.

The man then attacked the landlord and was promptly placed in the street. He returned and a policeman was sent for.

Fined 20s., and 21s. costs.
