A Conisboro’ Colt.
Hammond, a young all-rounder, is showing distinct promise with Conisboro’ in Doncaster League cricket.
He joined them at the beginning of this season from British Westfalite, the Denaby club, and after a series of games with the Conisboro’ junior team, got his place in their Doncaster League side. He has kept that place and has done well with bat and ball. He was one of the batsmen who played a leading part in winning Conisboro’ through to the final round of the Cutts Cup competition.
He is on Denaby’s books for the coming football season. In that game too, he shows promise, as a centre-half.
