A Foolish Act.
Arestes Schorah, of Mexborough, aged 13, was summoned for having infringed special rule 90, by riding on en underground road at Denaby Main Colliery, on the 90th July, without the permission of the manager or under-manager.
Defendant pleaded guilty.
Mr. Hickmott said the defendant actually endangered his life. A man who was attending to his duties, seeing the danger the lad was in, rushed and pulled him from his position.
Defendant was fined 10s., including costs.
