A Mischievous Youth.

On Saturday Doncaster Peter Nolan, of Conisborough, was charged with having done wilful damage at Denaby.

Mr. Hall, solicitor, appeared behalf the colliery company, and stated that the defendant was caught on a hay stack, throwing the hay about and interfering with the pegs and twine that kept it together.

He afterwards broke a fence down.

Fined 10s, and ordered to pay 14s. cost and 6d. damage.
