A Promising Bowler

One of the most promising bowlers in the Doncaster friendlies League is E. Moore of Conisborough

This is his first season on a cricket field, although he has previously played plenty of “back yard cricket.”

He has a fast right-arm delivery and keeps it good length.

So far this season he has taken 36 wickets for an average of just over 3 runs each. In his very first game he took 6 for 15 and the following week he had 5 for 13.

With a little more practice he will be one of the best bowlers that Conisborough have had.

He has applied for a trial with Langwith Colliery.
