A Violent Girl at Conisbro’.
At Doncaster, on Saturday, Elisabeth Gettring, a minor, of Conisbro’, was summoned for assaulting Florence Braroloy on the 27th ult.
The parties were young women, and it appeared from the evidence that had demonstrated anger against the complainant in a violent fashion by blacking one of her eyes, which was bloodshot, and also inflicting other injuries.
Several witnesses were called the effect that the defendant was the aggressor—a!though she said she was acting in self-defence—and the magistrates fined her £2, including the coats.
As her parents would not pay the fine, the daughter had to go to school Wakefield.
