Accident of a Serious Nature
An accident of a rather serious nature happened to T. Creamer, a miner at the Cadeby Main Colliery on Thursday September 13th 1906.
Creamer was engaged in his usual employment, when a piece of coal burst from the coal-face and caught him, pinning him to the ground.
He was extricated as quickly as possible, and conveyed to the Fullerton Hospital, where it was found that both of his legs were broken.
