Accident at Denaby Main Colliery.
Yesterday morning, early, trammer named George Silverwood, 19 years, living at Mexborough, had his leg broken and his body bruised by a fall of roof at Denaby Main Colliery.
He was taken to the Mexborough Hospital, and attended to by Dr. Sykes.
The family have been singularly unfortunate. Some three years ago a brother George Silverwood was killed, and another seriously injured at the same pit.
