Accident on the Railway at Conisboro’

On Saturday, Arthur Squires, aged 10, of 76, Loversall Street, Denaby, was, with other boys, playing in the vicinity of some railway trucks, near Conisboro’ Station, when a passing train caught him, running over his right leg, which was terribly cut.

The boy was removed to the Mexboro’ Montagu Cottage Hospital, where it was found necessary to amputate the limb.
