Aldwarke Park 36 Denaby Main 79
Smith 5 wkt, Hoyland 5wkt Beardsley 36; Burton 6 wkts
Played at Aldwarke on Saturday, and resulted in an easy victory for the visitors. The home team won the toss and elected to bat, sending in Reason and Burton, could not make a stand against a good bowling of Smith and F Hoyland, as will be seen by the analysis, the home team only making a total of 36. Beardsley obtain the same number as the old work team by excellent cricket, E going into bat first and coming out last LBW. The fielding on both sides was very good
