Alleged Indecent Assault At Consiborough.

On Tuesday, at the Doncaster Police Court, John Adams, 16, a pony driver at the Denaby Colliery, was charged with having criminally, assaulted Margaret Ann Parry, aged 15, of New Consiborough.

Police-constable Evans, while on duty, saw Adams with the girl, and in consequence of what he told Parry’s parents, a warrant was issued, Adams being apprehended while in bed. Dr. Gilchrist, after seeing the girl, bore out the contention.

The prisoner was remanded.
