Alleged Threats at Denaby

David White was charged by Rosanna Westwood with using threats at Denaby on the second inst.

Defendant did not appear, and complainant gave evidence that on the previous Saturday week defendant came to her door, used foul language, and put his fist in her face and said if it was not for the law he would kill her.

She was afraid he would do her grievous bodily harm.

A warrant was issued for the apprehension of the defendant.

Bound over in the sum of £5 to keep the peace.
