An Undesirable Customer at Conisborough

At the West Riding Police Court, to-day, Harold Shacklock, pit hand, was summoned by William Alfred Sugar, landlord of the Fox Inn, Conisborough, for being disorderly in his house, refusing quit, and for assaulting the landlord, on Whit-Monday.

Complainant said the defendant used bad language. He took his beer from him, gave him his money back, and he refused to go out when ordered and complainant put him out.

Defendant was violent, and kicked the complainant several times.

He was fined 20s. and costs in each case.
