Another Denaby Judgement Summons
A Miner, named Isaiah Baker, residing at Masbrough, was summoned at the instance of the Denaby Main Collieries Co Ltd, under a judgement summons for £6 7s 6d, made against him in September 1902.
Mr W.M. Gichard appeared for the Colliery Company and stated that defendant’s average earnings for the past six weeks were £2 11s 3d.
He asked for 10 shillings a week.
Defendant said he had never been summoned for the money before.
An order for the amount asked for was made.
