Another Row at Denaby.
Hugh Flannery and Patrick McDonald, of Denaby, were summoned for having assaulted Jane Rodgers, of Denaby on the 24th November.
Complainant said that in company with her husband she called at the Reresby Arms, Denaby. As they were leaving Flannery spat in her fees, followed her out of the public house and knocked her husband down. He also struck her on the side of the head, McDonald ran up and knocked her (complainant) over and trampled upon her bonnet.
