Another Wanderer at Denaby
John Holfield was charged with wandering abroad and sleeping out at Denaby on the 20th.
Defendant pleaded guilty.
PC Midgley said early that morning he had received information that the defendant had been sleeping in an empty cottage house. He had to burst open the door to get at him, for he locked himself in.
The defendant said he thought it was better to get in somewhere out of the rain than to get wet through.
Committed for 14 days
