Assaulting his Wife
Patrick McDermott, Denaby, miner, was summoned for assaulting his wife on 1 October.
From the evidence it appeared that defendant went home drunk. Complainant was not in at the time when she arrived he commenced to assault, and pulled her hair.
Defendant was ordered to pay the costs and keep the peace for six months in two sureties of £5 each.
