Beerhouse Full Licence

John Slater, beerhouse keeper, of Denaby, applied for a full licence.

Mr Parker Rhodes supported the application. He said there was a great necessity for the house, and that the applicant had been requested by the officials of the Denaby Main Colliery to apply for a licence. He was also supported by Mr Grey Fullerton and by all the person who lived in the neighbourhood.

He also handed in a letter in favour of the application from the Reverent Henry Ellershaw, Vicar of Mexborough

The case was adjourned to September 25th when it was granted.
