Bounce Ball At Conisboro’
Martin Connely and Wm. Cunningham, fillers of New Conisboro’, were charged with throwing a ball and causing interruption at Conisboro’, on June 17th.
P.C. Jenkinson said that at 4-30 p.m., on the date in question, he was on duty in Doncaster Road, New Conisboro’ in plain clothes, when he saw the defendants playing at bounce ball at the end of Sprotboro’ Street.
There were a lot of people passing at the time.
Each defendant was fined 2/6 and costs.
