The Denaby Main Colliery Co. summoned a pony driver named Ernest Haythorn, of Denaby, at Doncaster, to-day, for breach of Mines Act in neglecting to put in a locker. Defendant was 16 ½.

In consequence of defendant’s neglect the tubs over ran the pony and broke its back.
