Breach of Rules at Cadeby Pit
John a Denaby collier, was summoned for a breach of colliery rules on Sept. 10th at the Cadeby Pit.
Mr F. Allen prosecuted, and said that defendant had walked up the haulage road when the tubs were moving.
It was a wonder that he was still alive.
Defendant was fined 20/- and costs.
