Britain’s Heaviest Baby ?

A Daughter born to Mr. and Mrs. L. Best, of Peake Avenue, Conanby, Conisborough, weighing 14lb. 4ozs. at birth, has established, it is claimed, an English record as the heaviest newly born child.

The child, who has been named Marjorie May, was 28 inches in height and 15 inches round the chest at the time of birth.
