Slim, dark, 23-year-old Mrs. Marjorie Charlesworth, Conisbrough Station porter was presented with a cheque and letter of commendation from British Railways on Monday as a tribute to her action in recovering property stolen from the station.
Presenting the cheque is Mr. G. Clark, assistant district goods superintendent Sheffield, and Mr. F. P. Green relief stationmaster, is looking on.
