Charles Albert Hunt
A Military Funeral.
Perhaps one of the most impressive spectacles of Saturday was the funeral of Charles Hunt, of 97, Clifton Street, Denaby Main, who was interred at Conisbrough Cemetery with military honours, being a member of the local detachment of the Territorial Army. The Territorials, to the number of seventy, including the bugle band, followed the bier to the cemetery to the solemn strains of the `Dead March´.
The deceased was carried to his last resting place by eight of his comrades
At a Military funeral, Saturday, at Conisbrough Cemetery, Rev. W.A. Strawbridge officiated.
