Cadet Week

The Conisbrough members of the G. T. C last Saturday concluded a cadet week, arranged and devised to draw attention to and create interest in the movement.

On Sunday May 6 the cadets assembled at the Mulberry Street School, where they were inspected by Miss Nock (housekeeper at the Fullerton hospital)

A party was held in the Wesley Methodist schoolroom, when votes of thanks were proposed by cadets to Miss Nock, to the rev W Thynne for his kindness in allowing the use of the room and to Mrs West chairman of the G.T.C. committee for organising the tea.

The cadets attended evening service at the Conisbrough Methodist Church last Friday the cadets gave a concert in the Conisbrough church hall proceeds of which were devoted to the Fullerton hospital.
