John Willoughby, gasman, Denaby, appeared in answer to a summons issued by the School Attendance Officer for not causing his child to attend school.
It will be remembered that the case was adjourned, the mother said the child was weak about the eyes.
The father brought the Doctor certificate, and the case was dismissed.
