Hockey

Conisborough 3 Rotherham 3

At Conisborough.

A very hard and fast game was played. During a very brisk part of the game within Conisborough’s goal circle one of their players became so excited to pick the ball and throw out, thereby giving a penalty bully, which, fortunately for Conisborough, the offender was able clear.

During the last ten minutes of play, the game was inclined to be rough.

For Conisborough Moore scored two goals and Parkin one, while Gabbertas, Peake and Allen scored one each for Rotherham, making the game a draw of three each.

Result:— Conisborough 3 Rotherham 3
