Mexborough and Swinton Times, July 5.

Conisborough School Board Election.

A large number of candidates have been nominated for the election of Conisborough, and these are double the number nominated that are wanted. Seven is the number required, and the election takes place on Thursday, July 11.

Mr F.E.Nicholson, of Doncaster, is the returning officer, and much interest is centred in the election.

Henry Baker, Holywell house, Conisborough, Brewers agent.

Thomas Rogerson Booth, Burcroft, Conisborough, timber merchant.

John Brocklesby, Broke Square, Conisborough, grocer, and draper

Arthur Dickinson, Beech Terrace, Conisborough, colliery check weighman.

John Gillott, 2 Stone Hill Cottages, Conisborough, Brewers traveller.

George Henry Hirst, North Cliff, Conisborough, miners, check weighman.

William Jones, Low road, Conisborough, blacksmith.

George Kilner, Low field house, Conisborough, glass bottle manufacture.

William White Norwood, High Street, Conisborough, veterinary surgeon.

Edward Ravenscroft, 27 Rossington Street, Conisborough, miner.

David Robinson, Low Road, Conisborough, bricklayer.

William Wilson, Castle Cottage, Conisborough, timber merchant.
