Conisborough School Cases
The following were summoned to appear before the bench for not sending their children regularly to school, and the nominal penalty was imposed:
William Jones, George Dixon, Joseph Wrigglesworth, and David Newbery, all miners; John McCall was also summoned and it was ordered that he should see his children attending regular in the future.
