Organist And Choir.
A meeting of the trustees of this place of worship was held last week to decide what steps to take respecting appointing another organist.
There was only three trustees present when the question was decided, viz.’ Mr. G. Appleyard, Mr. J. K. Bateson, Conisborough, and Mr. F. Littlewood, Doncaster, and the decision, arrived at was to invite Mr. H. Sharp to take the position he had recently filled.
Mr. Appleyard and Mr. Littlewood voted for, Mr. Bateson against.
The decision has been transmitted to Mr. Sharp, who called his old choir together to talk the question over, and it is expected that he will decide definitely at an early date.
