Conisbro’ Mill.

To be LET, in consequence of the death of Mr. Hudson, for the unexpired term of twelve years, the MILL, situated on the River Don, at Conisbro’, and is worked by a powerful Water Wheel, supplemented by a 20-horse Engine and Boiler, nearly new.

The mill contains four pairs French and one pair Grey Stones, and has been fitted up by the late occupier with all the modern appliances for the production of a superior class of flour.
