At the Star Hotel, Conisbrough, on Tuesday, Messrs Harry J. Abraham and Co., sold by auction for £1005 a house, “Dunholm” 9 Holywell Lane, Conisbrough to theExcel Chris Co, Sheffield Road, Conisbrough for an employee of the firm.
The site contains 272 square yards and the house has an entrance passage, sitting room, living room and scullery, coal and keeping sellers, etc..
The rateable value of the house is £10
The solicitors were E.J.Twigg and company, Rotherham.
