Conisbrough Record – No Arrears
Coun. D. Sheldon, Conisbrough Urban Council Housing Committee chairman, announced last night that he had been informed i)y the Housing Officer, (Mr. R. J. Troughton) that at the end of the financial year they had no arrears out of all the Council’s housing estates.
In fact there some in credit.
Coun. Sheldon said “I have never seen in the records or in the papers that this has been achieved,” ” We are, indeed very proud that we have been able to attain the almost unattainable.”
