Contravening Bye-Laws.
On Saturday, Thomas Trout, of Conisborough, was charged with using a wash-house as a dwelling-house.
Defendant sent in plans to the Rural Authority for a wash-house. Some time after they were passed he commenced to use the place as a dwelling.
He told the Bench that he had connected two living rooms to the wash-house, but he admitted he had never furnished plans of the alterations to the District Council.
On his agreeing to disuse the wash-house and to submit plans as the place had been altered he was ordered to pay ls. and 15s 6d costs.
