Damaging Mowing Grass at Denaby.
Philip Bonsall, driver, of Denaby and James William Byer, also of Denaby, was summoned for having damaged mowing grass on the 13th June. belonging to Mr. James Braithwaite.
A good deal of damage was done in the district and the defendants had been summoned as a warning to others. The magistrates imposed a fine of 6d. and costs and ordered the defendants to pay 6d. damage.
