Bullcroft’s Amazing Collapse

Gives Denaby Easy Win

Denaby 108 for 6 Bullcroft 106

An amazing collapse resulted in Bullcroft being beaten by four wickets by Denaby. Bullcroft’s opening pair, Threlfall (45, including seven fours), and Page (17), put on 72 before being separated, but the remaining nine wickets fell for the addition of only 34 runs. Ekins (20) was the only other player to obtain double figures.

Denaby replied with 108 for six (Lt. Sale 38, Smith 13, Cutts 10, Shephard 19 not out). For Denaby, Hough had 4 for 17 and Wathey 2 for 5.
